How do I make my Acura TL 1999 blow more air?

I have a 1999 Acura 3.2 TL and I'm just wondering how I can make the air conditioner blow more air. It feels like nothing is coming out and takes 30 minutes for the car to heat/cool. I had a mechanic test it and he said it's producing the correct temperature and insists there's nothing wrong, but it doesn't blow enough air!|||this car has a cabin air filter, for the air conditioner, that needs to be changed..not the air filter for the engine - it is a different filter.
