How many miles should a brand new Acura TL have when it comes from the factory?

Im buying a new Acura TL and i was wondering how many miles an Acura tl has when it comes into the dealers lot. In other words, when its coming from the factory.|||Acura works the same as Honda does, so here is the Deffinately Correct answer....

Whenever we obtain a vehicle form transport, it has between 2 and 4 miles on it depnding on how it got here....then we have to do (Both for Acura and Honda) what is called a pre-delivery inspection, and this is to make sure that the vehilce is complete and safe to sell.

You would be surprised what things are found on the Pre Delivery inspection....like loose oilplugs, crooked steering wheels, air in the lines for the brakes....etc etc. etc....

So for anywhere from 10 to 12 miles WE ADD per HONDA GUIDELINES to the vehicle during this Pre Delivery inspection, so as long as a dealer has done the right thing, and if NOONE has actually test driven it, it will have between 12 and 14 Miles on it at LEAST before a customers steps foot behind the wheel.

Chris|||Most new cars that no one has drove have 6 miles on the odometer. The 6 miles is testing at the factory, loading and unloading on the trailer(shipment), dealer prep.

I have special ordered several new trucks each had 6 miles. None had been test drove.|||When I use to check in new vehicles being received, they would show 1/2 mile to 5 miles depending where on the storage lot they were parked and being put on the transport trailer (rail car or truck) and brought to my storage lot or dealership. A lot of times we did dealer transfers (swaps)and the mileage shown would be the distance from that dealer store to ours. Look at the new vehicle sticker that is on the side back window that shows the original delivery designation of the new vehicle for drop off if your dealer is not the orginal drop off point.
