Why will my 1990 Acura integra not start?

I'm working on a 1990 Acura Integra. It has fuel and spark, but will not start. I also have a 1995 Nissan Altima doing the same thing. Please help.|||how about bringing it to the garage.. or try boosting it.. you might have spark but u also might need a boost. (in case u left somthing in you car on like the lights or somthing else)|||engine could be ceased up, try turning it over by hand|||it may have a bad starter, i would give that a try
