How to make my 2001 acura intera sound nice and loud?

Ihave a 2001 acura integra and I want to make it sound loud and really nice. I don't want that loud lawn mower sound. What would I need to make My Car sound loud and sporty? Exact parts names and brands would be a great help|||Punch a hole in the muffler.|||get a nice exhaust with a good, deep muffler. Magnaflow is a good brand. If it's still too loud or not deep enough, slap another resonator farther up under the car and that should quiet it down and give it a deep rumble.|||Flowmaster 40 series hands down. Flowmaster.com. they've got sample clips of what they sound like. 40 series is the loudest street legal one out. i used to have to on my el camino and 3 inch pipes. BAD ***!!!!!!|||intake headers and exhaust is they way to do that.

aem, dc sports, exaust varies by the exact sound you want i dont know any good exhaust's at the moment.|||Why don't you just make it fast and sporty instead of loud and wannabe-fast?

Integra? GSR? Bolt on a small turbine in it instead of making it look like its fast. But... a lot of my friends who've turboed their B18s said that it was the worst mistake ever made. You'll have to invest in your suspension too.

How about a Greddy Type-S under your hood... I think YOU would be happy with that sound lol.|||exhaust and if you want your v-tec to sound loud get loud but and sri (Sort Ram Intake) much luder when it hitts vtec that is if u swapped or have a gsr or type r|||my 2001 integra ls sounds awesome, not ricey at all:

AEM cold air intake (i would recommend the short ram intake thought)

DC 4-1 header

Apexi full exhaust

p.s. if you have a b18c motor in yours, definitely get yourself a short ram intake, when v-tec hits you'll be heard from a mile away... well at least my 00 si was like that lol

hope that helps!|||pose much?! make sure you get a huge "wing" and place on the back of it. and some plastic "rims"|||If your looking for a good exhaust system that gives a very good look and has a deep exhaust note you should look into Tanabe and Skunk2.
