What do you think about the Acura legend LS?
How do you rate the Acura legend ls? To the people out there with this car what do u think about it?|||I have one of my own it is a 4 door however but its a 92 and still quick especially for its age if your looking for a car to do allot of modifications to it may not be the best car though because not to many things are made for it now and days. Most things have to be custom. |||i'm not gonna lie one of me team members had a legend and it was pretty quick it was two door and clean too |||The generation 2 legend 91-95 or 6 is a great car. i regret selling mine. many think 93 is the best year (with the 6 speed manual tranny).
Do you think $3500 is a good price for a 97 acura integra ls in the los angeles area?
I'm looking into a used car with a clean title, has 122,000 miles, its a stick shift acura integra LS with a clean title. Everything on the car works fine. What do you think?|||Ask for the service records and have a mechanic give it the once over.
Verify that the timing belt has been replaced. That's a pretty expensive maintenance item. Usually around $800 - $1000 with water pump.
Also have mechanic look for collision damage.
If everything checks out that's not too bad of price if the body is clean.
Make sure the A/C and heat works.
I had a 97 integra and started having problems with the A/C every year at around the seventh year. I bought it new in 1997 and traded it in 2008.
Other than that the car was great. Minimal maintenance expense, fun to drive and great on gas.
If it's been properly maintained you should be able to get another 100k no problem miles out of it.|||Check the car fax and verify the engine # on the title, because it could be "warm", good luck, p.s. if it does not check out or the owner hesitates, or resists, walk away, you do not need that headache|||I suggest to go to an impound auction some times impounds sell as cheap as $500. Here in San Diego my homie bought a car for $800 it was a 99 supra. i don't know anything about impound auctions but yea.

How do I turn on the fog lights on a 2002 Acura CL Type-S?
I bought a 2002 Acura CL a few days ago and I noticed that it has fog lights underneath the head lights. I looked all over the manual but I can't find a way to actually turn them on. Does anyone know how to turn it on?|||well in my 02 rsx type-s there is a button beside the steering wheel on the left, it's next to the button for cruise control. Check there, and if not, i don't know...
it might also be possible that they are on, but the bulbs are burned out or busted.

Does anyone know how to turn it on?|||Those aren't fog lights, they are called road lamps and use a 5watt bulb. Same as a marker light. They turn on when you turn on the running lights or the headlights. There is no separate switch. Yours just needs new bulbs. Some people have replaced the stock 194 5w bulb with a 18w Piaa but it's mostly for looks. http://www.amazon.com/PIAA-19224-18-Watt鈥?/a> BTW 18w bulbs won't add any more light like real fog lights much less 5w.
I took out the bulbs on mine because they look yellow compared to the HID's, That's why a lot of people get the Piaa's, they match the color of the HIDs.|||in my 02 rsx type-s there is a button to the left of the steering wheel. however the fog lights only come on when the low beams are on too, if its just running lights or high beams the foglights go off. Just look around and play with stuff, it took me a couple days to figure mine out, lol. If you can't get them on, then mabe the bulbs are bad.

Is it expensive to have maintenance and repairs for a 2005 Acura TL?
Next summer I was thinking of purchasing a 2005 Acura TL. I like to fix up the cars that I drive. Is it expensive to have maintenance done to it? Would it cost a lot to buy parts for the car?|||No, because most of the parts come from Hondas.|||I own a '05 TL....
They're not that expensive to maintain, especially when compared to other cars. I use to own an Infiniti G35 coupe, and it was pretty expensive to maintain...tyres were close to $2000, while the Acura is about $1200 for new slicks.
The problems I have with the TL include:
Stabilizer replacement - Acura Warrenty
Power Steering Fluid Leak - Part of Acura recall
Acura's are in the end Hondas, and aren't expensive to repair.|||I own a 06 tl. they are fine cars. like all cars they have some problems but nothing special. Acura are Honda. they share alot of parts thus Acura parts are not expensive and the car itsefl is a beauty to work on. No special tools needed

What car should i get a acura rsx type-s 2004 or a mitsubishi eclipse gt 2003?
so the eclipse is $8,995 and has a 3.0 v6. the acura rsx is $9,995 and has a 2.0 v4. im looking for speed, looks and dependabililty. which one should i get?|||well I would go with the RSX. Its an acura and you just can loose with a car made by honda. There are a lot of aftermarket parts and mods for them as well. The only down side is the RSX is way over priced for what you get. Mitsubishi engines suck.|||go for the acura it functions and works great and will last you a long time and also with a V4 it will get better gas mileage than the eclipse|||RSX wins- it's more fun to drive, a bit faster, looks better, is more reliable, and has higher resale value.
The Eclipse is known for bad paint/transmission problems, it's really slow and sluggish when it comes to acceleration, and the interior feels really cheap.|||I would rather get the Acura. It is much more reliable than the Eclipse.|||just because the eclipse should be faster doesn't mean that it is... I own an 02 RSX type-s and have beat a few. I would suggest it over an eclipse anyday! Plus it looks better, and 28-31 mpg (what i average).
VTACK%26gt; Mivec lol

Is it possible to find an Acura RSX for under 10k used?
I really like the Acura RSX and i want it to be my first car. Is it possible to find one for under 10k?|||You can find the 2002-2004's for under 10K all day. The 2005-2006's starting around 14K and up depending on condition.|||Yeah Id get one with damage that wont hurt inspection/emission. Save up and get it fixed. Thats your best bet.|||yes.
